Refund Policy
We accept returns and exchanges if you're not satisfied with the product.
Only Perfumes are refundable, the Tester Box, Body Mists, Scented Candles, and Perfume Wax are not refundable.
You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
The product must have at least 80% of the perfume remaining.
If the bottle breaks during delivery, you will get a refund or exchange.
If you don’t like the scent, you can return or exchange it. You only pay for delivery.
We process returns and exchanges within 3-5 working days.
Delivery charges are not refundable.
You must pay delivery charges for exchange orders.
